Never seen learning this fun
A wonderfully laid out guide for young students to learn and make use of AI. The authors make a very complicated subject sound simple and fun at the same time. This broad topic is broken down into manageable bites, with succinct sections, each explaining a specific aspect of this amazing technology. Each section builds on the next, giving the student reader a growing understanding of how to best use AI. Guidelines are also given for using it ethically; fact-checking, not cheating or taking academic shortcuts. Good lessons for adults as well! What is most unique is the use of worksheets after each section, allowing students to grasp the teachings and apply them in practical scenarios. Also, there are puzzles that pertain to the material in each section; a way to keep students interested and let them have a good time with it. I have to admit that as an adult, I learned a ton from this book. I can’t imagine how this material could have been presented in a more clear, interesting and engaging way. I wish my schoolbooks were this impressive back in my day!
AI concepts finally made clear
I picked this up expecting basics, but it ended up helping me understand artificial intelligence in a way that feels genuinely clear and memorable. The explanations are broken down in a step-by-step way that doesn’t assume you already know everything, which made it much easier to follow. I really appreciated having practice questions with answer keys — they helped reinforce what I was learning and showed me where I needed to review. The lecture notes tied everything together and made the ideas stick instead of just skimming the surface. By the end, I felt more confident, curious, and ready to explore AI with a strong foundation instead of confusion.
How do you use AI?
The workbook is centred all around AI and interactive activities and questions related to AI that a middle schooler can understand. There are a lot of questions to get a child thinking about AI. It also includes case scenarios to get the child thinking more in-depth about AI implications in various situations. The book has some fun activities as well such a crossword and word search so it makes the book more fun. This book overall is great tool to educate a child about AI.

AI learning that was easy to understand and follow for middle school students.
I found that this book is perfect for the age group that it was written for. With AI being such a large part of our everyday lives, we do need to reach our youth as early as possible to get them understanding this field. I was impressed by the different ways this book uses to instill the knowledge of each chapter, by using not only questions, but also true and false questions, fill in the blanks, guided notes, word search, and crossword puzzles. It went from an introduction to the field, to slowly more complex areas. Very well done!
A simple guide to a complex subject
I always thought AI was complex, so I avoided learning about it. However, AI is here to stay, and we're going to need to know how to work with it, so I decided to try to understand it better. This book really helped; it is simple enough but not dull.

Kindle Version: This book contains a massive course in the essential aspects of Artificial Intelligence. It contains 25 instructional modules followed by exercises and puzzles that reinforce the concepts. Although most of the book/courses in the 25x series are aimed at the middle school level, this book delves into some areas that are probably best handled at a more mature level although this comprehensive collection gives any monitor or learner many options. Before choosing this Kindle version, it’s important to check that your target device is compatible. A buyer should also be aware that this version does not yet support interoperability, so a student wishing to keep track of learning should probably purchase the hardcopy version rather than the ebook. All-in-all, though, excellent, thorough materials.
